Cole Phillips, Lead Pastor
Cole Phillips is the founding and Lead Pastor of THE CONNECTION CHURCH in Kyle , Texas . He previously served in churches around the state as youth pastor and as pastor before moving to Kyle in the Spring of 2004.
Cole’s creative, often humorous and always insightful teaching style have quickly established him as a rising young leader. He loves to guide TCC into fresh methods of connecting with our culture.
Cole earned his doctorate in missions and evangelism with an emphasis on church growth. He has a heart for helping people connect with God and connect with others in a community of faith.
As a church planting coach for Purpose Driven Planting, Cole is guiding other church leaders to start healthy, thriving churches.
He loves music and plays a wide variety of intruments. He also enjoys spending time with his family.
He and his wife Pam have been married for 15 years and have two daughters, Makenzie and Bethanie. Their desire is to plant their lives in this area and allow God to build a great church through them.
