Nic Burleson, Family Pastor
Nic Burleson serves as Family Pastor of The Connection Church. He and his wife Johanna moved to Kyle in August of 2008 to be a part of the TCC team. Nic’s role includes overseeing all age-based ministries, ranging from birth to university. He is excited about what God is doing within the ministries of The Connection Church and seeing children, teenagers, and college students connect with God, connect with others, and connect others with God.
Nic has previously served as a Student Pastor in various churches for the last 12 years. He has earned his Bachelor of Arts in Student Ministry from Howard Payne University and his Master’s of Divinity from Logsdon Seminiary. Nic also travels as a communicator, speaking at various youth camps, retreats, and other church events. He loves people and his passion in life is to see people who are far from God come to embrace the love and hope found in Jesus.
In his free time, Nic loves to take his wife to the movies, watch football, and play Xbox 360. If the weather is just right and he can find the time to get away, you might even find him out on the lake fishing.
