| Cole Phillips is the founding and Lead Pastor of THE CONNECTION CHURCH in Kyle , Texas . He previously served in churches around the state as youth pastor and as pastor before moving to Kyle in the Spring of 2004.[more] | Zak and his wife, Amber, moved to Kyle to serve at THE CONNECTION CHURCH in the Spring of 2005. God used several seemingly random events in their past to lead them to this one BIG thing that God was doing in their life…The Connection Church.[more] | Nic Burleson serves as Family Pastor of The Connection Church. He and his wife Johanna moved to Kyle in August of 2008 to be a part of the TCC team. Nic’s role includes overseeing all age-based ministries, ranging from birth to university.[more] |

She has served faithfully in ministry for 13 years working as a nursery volunteer and directing every kind of age based ministry you could imagine. [more] |
Micah really likes Audio…..no really……HE REALLY LIKES AUDIO. His day job revolves around Corporate Audio, he does live sound for anybody that will let him, works with the local band SOUNDWAVE and has even been known to throw down some vocals on Sunday. [more] |
