The Connection Church volunteers are members of the church who work together to serve others in the community and advance the Kingdom for Jesus.

How do I volunteer at The Connection Church?

What opportunities are available?

The Connection Church has many areas of ministry that are made up of multiple volunteer teams who serve on Sundays and during the week. Sign up for one of the teams below and someone will contact you about your next step.

Konnection Kidz	Site Team	Front Line
At The Connection Church, we love kids and they look forward to coming every week to our high-energy worship and learning experience. If you have a heart for kids, you can be a part of this fun team of leaders. Adult leaders work with a team of kids to help them walk through each week’s theme. No experience is necessary. A background check is required for all our kids volunteers.	Each Sunday morning, the site team rolls up bright and early to start unloading the trailer, resetting the building, and setting up The Connection Church environment . We do this because every seat we put into place represents someone who will experience God’s love that day. After the service, we stick around and load up the trailer for the next week, knowing that hearts have been touched and lives have been changed. Anyone can serve on this team. If you own a large truck you could even be the person who kicks it all off each week by bringing one of our trailers to the site.	The Front Line Team are those people you see each week as you arrive at The Connection Church. You might see them in the parking lot, or at the door waiting to greet you as you walk in. These friendly faces set the mood for everything that follows with a genuine smile. If you like people and want to be a part of a team that welcomes others into the TCC family, we would love to have you join us. This team includes Ushers, Greeters, Parking lot attendees, and Cafe workers.
Office Team	Media	C-Group Leaders
The Office Team are the people who do all of the weekly prep work to make Sundays happen. Anyone with a couple of hours a week can serve on this team. There is always plenty to be done at the office!	Are you gifted with electronics? Do you have an ear for sound or an eye for video? You might be just the techie who would enjoy serving on the CREATIVE ARTS TEAM. This team sets the atmosphere for our very modern, high-tech and high-touch Celebration Services each week. Volunteers serve as video techs, light techs, sound techs, stage hands, prop builders, and more.	Each week, Connection Group Leaders gather a small group of friends in their homes for a Bible-based discussion and a good time. These people have a heart for others, open their homes, serve snacks, and tell their friends and neighbors about the group meeting. Leaders must be members of The Connection Church and complete the Leader Training process.
