We are going to be looking at 3 aspects of God's person that we all need to know and understand.
- God exists as a trinity.
- God is absolutely sovereign.
-God is perfectly moral.
In this study, we're going to focus on three characteristics unique to the person of God.
God is a person. Let that sink in for just a moment. Anytime we think of God in impersonal terms, we've missed the very center of who he is. God is The Person - the one from whom and by whom all that we are as persons was created.
We looked in the last study at the clearest expression of the truth that God is personal: the fact that He is our Father. We are going to focus today on three additional aspects of God's person that we all need to know and understand about who God is. If God took a personality test, He would not be described with terms as limited as "sanguine," "dominant", or "introspective". The following three characteristics are unique to the person of God.
